Benevolences

    The members of First Presbyterian strive to show God's love for all of His people through a large variety of missions and benevolences. We dedicate 27% of the General Budget to mission causes. Of special concern are our missionaries, Rev. Michael Parker in Rwanda and Rev. Amos Yam in Campeche, Mexico.

Members of our church made hurricane relief trips to the Mississippi Gulf Coast following Hurricane Katrina. Besides assisting with the clean-up and construction, members donated money, food and supplies. More photos from the coast may be found here.
